& Refund Policy
Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve
you, we want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. All purchase at
RF-Link Store operated by Araneus USA, Inc/RF-Link. include a 30 days money back
guarantee with the exceptions as follows:
- All
returned product(s) must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a
refund (excludes freight). Araneus USA, Inc./RF-Link reserves the right to charge
for any damaged or missing product and/or accessories.
- No
return will be accepted without a prior RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization)
number.
- Unauthorized
returns will be refused at sender's own freight expense.
- All
authorized product returns must be shipped freight prepaid UPS, USPS, FedEx or
other insured carrier.
- If
you receive defective product(s), please contact our Customer Service Department
immediately to determine the best method for replacement of your defective product(s).
- If
product(s) damaged during transit, please retain shipping carton and damaged product(s),
you must first contact the carrier for delivery service inspection. We will arrange
the damaged product(s) to be returned to Araneus USA, Inc./RF-Link for a replacement,
and also file a claim with the delivery service.
- For
your protection, we urge you be sure to keep your tracking receipt. We cannot
guarantee refunds for a return without a proof of delivery confirmation provided
by UPS, FedEx, US Post Office or other insured carriers.
- Credits
will be processed upon confirmation of the return by our Receiving Department.
Please allow up to one billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your
credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a company
check will be issued.
- You
may obtain a RMA number by calling 1-510-413-5885 Ext. 13 or send us e-mail to
support@rflinkusa.com.
Please include the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
| Warranty
Service
- All
Araneus USA, Inc./RF-Link's products carry 24 months original manufacturing's
warranty from invoice date.
- All
warranty services require a RMA (Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number prior
to return.
- RMA
number is valid for 30 days, any returned package must be received by Araneus
USA, Inc./RF-Link within 30 days after issuance, and with freight prepaid (non-refundable)
by customer. Any unauthorized or invalid RMA return will be refused at customer's
own freight expense.
- D.O.A.
(Defect-on-Arrival) period is 30 days from the invoice date.
- D.O.A.
RMA request must be made within 30 days after invoice date, full refund will only
be issued after defective verified by Araneus USA, Inc./RF-Link.
- No
refund will be issued for any request outside of D.O.A. period. Araneus USA, Inc./RF-Link
will make its best effort to repair or replace for any defective product.
- Araneus
USA, Inc./RF-Link will not be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit;
we do recommend that return product(s) be shipped back by UPS, USPS, FedEx or
other insured carriers.
- Araneus
USA, Inc./RF-Link reserves the right to charge customer for any damaged or missing
product and/or accessories.
- No
cross-shipment will be made on any product for any reason.
- Warranty
does not cover any mishandling by customer.
