All your orders will be shipped via UPS. All orders with available quantity in stock will be shipped within 48 hours. When your package leaves our facility to your designated address, you will receive an E-mail Notification of your tracking number. For your convenience, you can go to our home page, click Order Tracking and obtain shipment status of your package.


Domestic Shipping, USA

UPS Ground
For 48 contiguous states of US, Araneus USA, Inc. provides FREE shipping & handling fees for all orders over $250.00 in merchandise value by UPS ground.

For orders less than $250.00 in merchandise value, the shipping charge will be flat rate at $10.00. This shipping method is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island etc.

UPS Air Shipment
For any urgent order that you wish to have it shipped by air, you may select different shipping methods such as UPS next day air, 2nd day air or 3 day select, your shipping charge will be calculated based on UPS published shipping zone chart plus $5.00 handling fee. Please make sure fill out your phone number when you place order, so we can contact you for your approval if necessary.


International Shipping

1. We will ship anywhere in the world where UPS and/or USPS delivers.

2. To protect you from any shipping overcharge and to find out if UPS offers all available shipping methods for product(s) of interest, please first contact us via email address: sales@rflinkusa.com. We will email you the actual UPS shipping charge. No order will be processed and shipped unless we obtain your written approval.

3. Please be aware that Customs may interfere in some countries and we will not be responsible for loss with Customs confiscation.

4. The recipient is responsible for any Customs fee, taxes and duties imposed foreign orders. We will not be responsible for any regulations or restrictions.

5. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund.

6. We will email you for your agreement when the shipping charges exceed 25% of the total order. When we find credit card discrepancies for large orders, we may email you & require the receipt of a bank check before shipping the merchandise.
